Payment schedule
2015 m. sausio mėn. ūkininkas gavo ūkį iš savo tėvų. Nuo to laiko jis rūpinasi juo kartu su jais ir savo žmona. Per metus jis augina 2 000 penimų kiaulių, danų veislės galvijų ir 30 mišrūnų. Nuo paskutinio finansavimo jis padidino kiaulių ūkį 200 galvijų ir išsinuomojo dar 20 ha žemės. Pašarus gamina pats arba perka priklausomai nuo ekonominės situacijos.
Dabartinė sėjos struktūra: bulvės - 5 ha, kvietrugiai - 20 ha, miežiai - 20 ha, rugiai - 10 ha, kukurūzai - 45 ha, miežiai - 28 ha.
Pagrindinė ūkyje naudojama technika yra Fendt 716 2001 ir New Holland Td5.105 2018. Taip pat turi ir kitokio inventoriaus, pavyzdžiui, plūgą ir beplūginį skutiklį, Pottinger 5 korpusų rotorinį plūgą, lėkštinį skutiklį, ražienų skutiklį, noragėlį, sėjamąją, srutovežį, New Holland presą, Rauch trąšų barstytuvą.
Ūkininkas savo ūkyje taiko tvarią praktiką. Trąšos įterpiamos ir sumaišomos per 12 valandų, sėjami tarpiniai augalai Anksčiau gautas finansavimas buvo panaudotas Rauch trąšų barstytuvui ir paršeliams įsigyti. Ūkininkas kapitalą panaudos paršeliams įsigyti ir purkštuvui įsigyti.
"HeavyFinance" investuotojų bendruomenė jau anksčiau prisidėjo prie jo ūkio plėtros, suteikdama tris pirmąsias paskolas platformoje. Šiuo metu ūkininko bendras aktyvus balansas yra 65 746 EUR, kuriuos jis moka laiku.
Ūkininkas planuoja įsigyti 500 paršelių ir refinansuoti turimą hipotekos paskolą kitose finansų įstaigose. Tam jam reikia 79 500 EUR iš "HeavyFinance" investuotojų bendruomenės, ši suma buvo padalinta į dvi mažesnes paskolos sumas. Abi paskolos bus įkeistos tuo pačiu turtu, žemės ūkio paskolos ID RA1L/00026798/7, RA1L/00024259/3, kurių kiekvienos vertė yra 56 4589 EUR, todėl LTV yra 70 %. Tai pirmoji eilėje esanti paskola.

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
