The farmer has been farming since 1995, when he took over 0.5ha of land from his parents. He has since expanded the farm to 23ha of which he owns 3ha. The farmer on the farm works together with his wife and employs seasonal workers.

On the farm he is engaged in crop production and his sowing structure is 4ha of garlic, 2ha of zucchini, 16.5ha of corn and 0.5ha of cucumber raised in a heated greenhouse.

On the farm he uses machinery such as: DEUTZ-FAHR tractor 2013, AKPIL plow 2013, KRONE MUSTANG rotary plow 2013, BRODNICA cultivating unit 2014, AGTIL disc harrow 2013.

The farmer needs funds to put up production in the greenhouse, stocking, crop protection products. His main goal for the next 3 years is to focus on greenhouse production, which brings him the most revenue. It is important for him to produce the highest quality products with economic efficiency and environmental neutrality. He also plans to erect a shed for drying garlic.

This is the first loan out of two loans in the pipeline of the farmer. The building no. KI1B/00013748/6 which has a valuation of 185 700 EUR (according to the independent valuation report) will also be used as collateral for his next loan. For this loan, the assigned pledge value of the building is 92181 EUR. Together with the 0.5 ha of land, the total collateral value to secure the loan is 94 653 EUR, resulting in 50% LTV.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
